AgraQuest Hires Curt Nelson – New Position Matches Growth in Key Market

DAVIS, Calif. (November 1, 2005) – AgraQuest is pleased to announce that Curt Nelson has joined its sales team as the Coastal California Sales Representative for agricultural products. His territory will span croplands from Watsonville, CA to Yuma, AZ, and southern California. Mr. Nelson comes to AgraQuest with over 10 years of experience in agri-chemical business and a thorough knowledge of the pest control markets in California.

Curt Nelson will be covering the western portion of the sales territory previously served by Bill Valoff, who has stepped into a leadership role as the new Division Manager of Western Territories for AgraQuest. Mr. Valoff will continue to service customers from Modesto south, including Fresno, the Central Valley and Arizona. As Division Manager, Mr. Valoff will oversee the Pacific Northwest Region, as well as all territories in Arizona, California and Nevada.

Prior to joining AgraQuest, Curt Nelson marketed drip-irrigation tape for T-Systems International, and spent ten years at Western Farm Service, including 4 years as a pest control advisor.

Curt Nelson lives on a ranch in Hollister , California with his wife Nicole, daughter Bailee, and son Kohen.  They raise quarter horses, paint horses and hogs in their spare time.  Curt is also active as a 4-H leader in Hollister.
